Shipping policy
We value your purchase and will do our best to honor shipping requests. To ensure you receive your items when expected, please review the shipping policy below for online orders:
Business Shipping Hours
Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. CST, excluding national holidays
Standard Shipping
Items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 3 p.m. on Friday as well as Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We have a 1-2 business day processing time frame for all orders. Once processed orders will be shipped by either UPS or USPS and should arrive in 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping.
Local Pickup
We do not offer in store pickup.
International Shipping
We only ship within the USA.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected where applicable.
Lost Package Policy
If your package is lost in transit, please contact customer support for assistance.
